2. What percentage of my donation goes directly to research?

More than 80 cents per dollar donated to ARI go directly to programs and research projects. See Charity Navigator's Evaluation of The Autism Research Institute.

For more information about ARI's current research funding, see: Funding "Research that Makes a Difference" since 1967. ARI dedicates 99.9 percent of its research dollars to projects aimed at:

3. How can I research my child's vaccinations – I want to know about the content of the vaccines he/she received?

4. Why would taking my child off gluten, casein and soy make a difference? Why bother?

Current research shows that many cases of autism result from an immune-system dysfunction that affects the body's ability to break down certain proteins and combat yeasts and bacteria. Many parents are convinced of the validity of dietary intervention for autistic individuals, but do not have the resources to try it themselves, especially those with picky eaters and skeptical spouses.
